Prof. dr Milica Vukašinović Vesić

Director of the Anti-Doping Agency of the Republic of Serbia

Prof. Dr. Milica Vukašinović Vesić has served as Director of the Anti-Doping Agency of the Republic of Serbia since 2013 and is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Sport, Union-Nikola Tesla University. A specialist in sports medicine and Doctor of Medical Sciences, she actively contributes to the work of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) as a member of the Standing Committee on Health, Medical, and Research, and has chaired the Independent Observer Team at the Paralympic Games.

Throughout her career, she has held numerous international roles in sports federations, including serving on the medical commissions of the European Swimming Federation (LEN) and United World Wrestling (UWW). She is the author and co-author of several professional books and publications in the fields of sports medicine, anti-doping, and sports nutrition, including Sports MedicineFood Intolerance in Sport, and Sports Cookbook.

Her work has significantly advanced the fight against doping and promoted health in sports, both nationally and internationally.
